    PeopleShare is actively recruiting for a Customer Service Associate in Center City Philadelphia

    Job Selling points for Customer Service Associate:
    • $600/weekly Pay
    • Set scheduled - NO WEEKENDS
    • Work for a company that takes pride in employee training.
    Job Responsibilities as Customer Service Associate:
    • Provide customer resolution and follow up via chat, email, and phone.
    • Locate their file, turn to scripted questionnaire, ask and capture all details given by the client.
    • Conduct screening and work closely with the leadership team to implement improvements.
    Job Details for Customer Service Associate:
    • $16.00 an hour (increases to $17-$19/hour once permanent)
    • Contract to Hire
    • Monday-Friday 8a-5p (No weekends)
    • Fully in office
    Job Requirements as a Customer Service Associate:
    • 3 years of customer service or data entry experience.
    • Must have 3 years of employment with one employer.
    • High School diploma or equivalent is required.
