- Process, review, and post finance reserve statements.
- Post the bulk invoice file from the procuretopay system to the system of record daily and perform the reconciliation for this posting.
- Research outstanding checks and facilitate the void/reissue process or movement of those items to unclaimed property.
- Assist with general department tasks such as progress/status tracking and reporting.
- Work closely with other team members to cross train and share best practices.

Job Summary
An Accounting Analyst in the Shared Services Center - General Accounting department performs processing- and transaction-level accounting and control functions.
The overall purpose and objective of this job is to transfer many of those functions from the dealership level to a centralized location to improve both efficiency and effectiveness/quality.
