Your tasks:

  • Leadership, training, and development of employees in patient admission and reception
  • Shift planning and coverage as well as vacation planning for both departments
  • Ensuring customeroriented admission of inpatient and outpatient patients
  • Responsible admission management with case management in the hospital information system (Orbis) and all related admission contracts
  • Contractual assurance of desired optional services
  • Certification of births and deaths
  • Cash management (telephone, Wi-Fi, Lcertificate fee, etc.)
