Overview:
As a Workday HRIS Analyst, you'll manage our HRIS platform, primarily Workday. You'll configure the system, provide user support, manage data, and ensure compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

System Management:

Configure and maintain Workday to meet HR and business needs.
Conduct audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance.

User Support:

Provide technical support and training to users.
Develop training materials and programs.

Data Management:

Handle data imports, exports, and integrations.
Generate reports and analytics for decisionmaking.

System Enhancements:

Identify opportunities for system improvements.
Participate in upgrades and testing.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Business, or related field.
Workday HCM experience.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Certification in Workday HCM a plus.

Pay Details: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour
