Description

Our client is seeking a Senior Workday HRIS Analyst to support their Workday HR system, providing functional expertise in end-to-end business processes, troubleshooting, managing, and maintaining the application. This role involves partnering with the client's Information Technology team to support and coordinate technology projects for HR, ensuring that actions and deliverables align with organizational objectives and HR strategies. The primary focus of this role is on the Compensation & Advanced Compensation module of Workday.

Primary Responsibilities:

Partner with Human Resources leadership and the client's Technology team to drive process improvement initiatives.
Lead project responsibilities with a thorough understanding of Workday methodology, configuration knowledge, and testing scenarios.
Define test scenarios for Workday Compensation, working with the business and Technology team to execute them.
Review, test, and assist with the implementation of Workday system upgrades; collaborate with functional and technical staff to coordinate upgrades or fixes and document processes and results.
Work with the HR Data team or appropriate HR COE to identify and resolve system problems, coordinating with the Technology team to implement resolutions.
Act as the functional liaison between the HR COEs and the client's Technology team, assisting with project tasks such as requirements gathering, design validation, end-user/system testing, etc.
Research and address data integrity issues and errors, ensuring high levels of data integrity and transaction accuracy.
Perform audits and validations of Workday transactions, examining and verifying system-related data for accuracy and consistency.

Responsibilities

Partner with Human Resources leadership team and client's Technology to drive process

documenting process and results.

•Work with the HR Data team or appropriate HR COE to identify and correct system problems
and coordinate with client's Technology team to implement resolutions.

•Act as the functional liaison between the HR COE(s) and client's Technology and assist with
project tasks such as requirements gathering, design validation, end user/system testing,
etc.
