Your tasks:

You represent the company in initial phone contact and have diverse conversations
You are responsible for acquiring new B2B customers over the phone; convince potential new customers of our services
You ensure customer satisfaction
You schedule individual consultation appointments and assign them to our field staff
Maintenance of all relevant customer information and interactions in the CRM system
You support our new and existing customers for various projects over the phone
