As a member of our team in the North West division, you will be responsible for the smooth running of our accounting as a clerk (m/f/d) for creditors/debtors. You will support project controls and participate in monthly and annual closings.

Your tasks:

  • Review, recording, and booking of outgoing invoices in accordance with internal regulations and legal requirements
  • Support in project controls and reviews
  • Monitoring of open items and reconciliation of debtor accounts
  • Processing of dunning and debt collection matters
  • Preparation of incoming payments and reconciliation of outgoing payments
  • Participation in monthly and annual closings and preparation of relevant reports
  • Preparation of payment runs and processing of accounts payable

Your profile:

  • Completed commercial training or comparable qualification with several years of solid professional experience in the abovementioned area of responsibility
  • Very good
