Job Title:
Resource Planner (m/f/d) for Customer Care Team in Lansdale, PA


As part of the Customer Care Team serving our customers in the Central South region, you will handle customer-oriented short-term orders.


Your job:


  • Orderspecific scheduling in close coordination with the customer and corresponding Field Service Engineer, taking into account economic and productspecific aspects
  • First point of contact for customer escalations
  • Proactive communication with the customer about the status of orders
  • Review of contract details and customer status (solvent, remote connection, etc.) and, if necessary, request quotes from the Quote Admin
  • Placing, maintaining, and monitoring orders for spare parts related to specific orders
  • Monitoring the availability of Field Service Engineers and prioritizing customers in case of escalations in close coordination with respective Operations & Service Delivery Managers
  • Checking and ensuring progress of open service cases according to the Request to Resolution processes

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship.
  • You have experience in customer service or a similar customerrelated environment.
  • You have knowledge of ServiceMax and good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • You are customerfocused and have strong communication skills.
  • You are resilient and a team player.
  • You have a structured way of working.
  • You have fluent German language skills.
