Description

Your task:

  • You support our customers in the implementation and maintenance of their IT infrastructure (by phone, remote via remote maintenance tools or directly on site with the customer)
  • You are the direct contact person for your department and support your colleagues with questions
  • You support your sales colleagues in project planning and clarify technical issues together with the customer

Requirements:

  • Professional experience in IT support in an IT department or in a system house
  • You should have experience in at least one of the following areas:
    • Virtualization / desktop virtualization: confident handling of VMWARE and/or Microsoft HyperV virtualization solutions, especially desktop virtualization
    • Exchange integration: experience with Exchange 2016/2019, Exchange Online
    • Server-based computing: experience with the implementation of terminal server solutions
    • Confident handling of Active Directory and group policies
    • Network
    • M365 Cloud
    • Security
    • Backup concepts (Veam)
  • You have a broad general IT knowledge
  • You have a high level of customer, service and solution orientation
  • You work reliably, independently and with focus
  • You convince with your friendly and obliging manner, combined with assertiveness
