Your responsibilities:

  • General user support for ITrelated questions
  • Prioritizing, organizing, and handling incoming requests in the ticket system
  • Analyzing and classifying support requests
  • Monitoring timely processing of requests

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed vocational training in the IT field or equivalent professional experience with a strong interest in IT (even career changers have a chance)
  • First experience in support or IT service with a ticket system
  • Diligent, structured, and independent work style
  • Good comprehension and strong analytical thinking skills
  • Fluent in English (knowledge of German is a plus)
