- Conduct dual diagnosis assessments and provide tailored treatment recommendations.
- Collaborate with clients to develop and review treatment goals regularly.
- Facilitate individual, group, and family counseling services in line with ethical standards.
- Connect clients with essential treatment services and referral sources.
- Advocate for clients to ensure their treatment needs are met.
- Participate in clinical staffing and consult with supervisors on high-risk clients.
- Licensed by the Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapy Board as an LSW, LPC, or LMFT.
- Bachelor's degree in social work or related field, or a master's degree in counseling or related field eligible for licensure.
- Training and experience in substance use and mental health.
- Valid driver's license and ability to drive various vehicles.
