FAES | International Programs-Intern ProgramServes as Career Counselor of The Ohio International Agricultural & Agriculture Intern Program (TOP) within CFAES International Programs Office.
Primary Duties include:
In charge of internships/trainee programs in agriculture. This includes giving presentations, intern/trainee recruitment, placing and servicing a wide range of practical training participants.
Organizes orientation programing for participants for special educational programming. Serves as liaison between international organizations sending interns/trainees and universities departments and private organizations in the U.S. Develops new programming and new partners for exchange.
Required Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in agriculture or plant science or equivalent combination of education and experience; 2 years experience with international training programs; knowledge of horticultural business, domestically and around the world.
Pay Range
The pay range for this job profile is $ $26.33 hourly. The offer for this position will fall within this range based on internal equity, unit's available budget, the candidate's qualifications and location.
