We're searching for a passionate Continuous Improvement Manager to join our team in Greenville, North Carolina. Our company designs, manufactures, and sells absorbent hygiene products, offering essential health, dignity, and comfort to our customers. Own Our Continuous Improvement Journey
In this role, you'll be responsible for spearheading process innovation and continuous improvement initiatives across various departments. You'll be a champion for creating a culture of continuous improvement by implementing a LEAN methodology and framework to streamline operations and drive business transformation.
What You'll Do:
Partner with plant leadership to develop a comprehensive site master plan for implementing LEAN best practices.
Identify opportunities and lead service improvement activities using proven process improvement methodologies.
Conduct regular value stream reviews with plant leaders to ensure implemented practices are sustained and deliver results.
Champion a LEAN manufacturing mindset by providing training and capability building across all levels of the organization.
Provide ongoing production support in areas like safety, quality, throughput improvement, supply chain optimization, and cost reduction.
You're a Perfect Fit If You Have:
A bachelor's degree in a business-related field (e.g., engineering, business administration)
A minimum of five years of experience leading and improving manufacturing processes
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
A passion for continuous improvement and a data-driven approach to problem-solving
