Responsibilities:

  • Leading and organizing (partial) projects in the conversion and construction of production facilities
  • Responsibility for planning, development, and implementation of technical projects from feasibility study to handover to operations, while meeting project objectives
  • Project control and management
  • Cost and deadline responsibility
  • Communication and coordination with corporate bodies, internal customers (here: cold rolling mill and Bregal), and suppliers
  • Participation in continuous improvement process in ENGINEERING

Qualifications:

  • Successfully completed degree in mechanical engineering, process engineering, or a comparable field of study
  • Willingness to travel for business domestically and internationally
  • Driver's license class B
  • Several years of professional experience in plant/machinery construction
  • Solid experience in project management
  • Excellent understanding of technical processes
  • Proficient in computer skills (MS Office, MS Project, SAP)
  • Fluent in German and English (at least B2 level) in both written and spoken communication
  • Strong assertiveness and high safety awareness
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • High level of personal responsibility and commitment
