Job Posting: Full-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Blazer Jobs is actively seeking experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) for full-time positions within school districts in the Lindenhurst, IL area. Requirements:

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.
Valid license or certification as required by local and state regulations.
Minimum of [X] years of experience working as a BCBA in educational or clinical settings.
Proficiency in conducting functional behavior assessments and developing behavior intervention plans.
Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices in applied behavior analysis.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with students, parents, teachers, and other professionals.

Responsibilities:

Conducting functional behavior assessments to identify the underlying causes of challenging behaviors.
Developing and implementing behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on assessment findings and the principles of applied behavior analysis.
Providing training and consultation to school staff on implementing behavior intervention strategies and techniques.
Collaborating with teachers, administrators, and parents to create supportive learning environments for students with behavior challenges.
Monitoring students' progress and making adjustments to intervention plans as needed.
Collecting and analyzing data to evaluate the effectiveness of behavior interventions.
Participating in IEP meetings and other multidisciplinary team meetings to support students' individualized education plans.
