In recent years, Tierklinik Kalbach has become one of the leading small animal clinics in the Rhein-Main area, offering top-quality veterinary medicine in various specialties.

We are currently seeking a
Telephone Operator (m/f/d) to join our team in East Bend, NC.

Your responsibilities:

Managing communication channels handling important appointment requests in an appropriate and resultsoriented manner
Processing referral requests from external veterinarians and forwarding them to the treating veterinarians
Managing our client database
Monitoring the waiting list and appointment calendar, with resulting tasks

Your qualifications:

Excellent German skills and basic knowledge of English
Ability to handle stress and get to the point quickly
Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
A keen interest in veterinary medicine
Your most important tool is the computer good computer skills are essential.
A completed medical vocational training (e.g. veterinary assistant, medical assistant, dental assistant...) would be an advantage, but is not mandatory
