    Within our Corporate Finance team located in Denver, Leprino is seeking anAssociate Director, International and Consolidation Accounting to elevateour global accounting processes and support the integration of Leprino Europeinto our ERP system We take pride in our vision to be "world'sbest", it is why we work harder, invest more, and continually innovate.

    At Leprino Foods, starting compensation for this role typically rangesbetween $152,000 and $190,000. This position has an annual target bonus of 15%.
    Provide recommendations for global accounting policies -Coordinate alignment of local policies with LFC standards
    Support development of global accounting processes
    Oversee transfer pricing and intercompany accounting
    Serve as the SAP integration project lead
    Coordinate with external auditors for international subsidiaries

    You Have At Least (Required Qualifications): -Bachelor s degree in finance or accounting
    10+ years experience in accounting and finance roles
    At least five years of leadership experience
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    Ability to travel internationally up to 15% of the time
    The ability to work a weekly 3/2 (office/home) hybrid schedule.*We Hope You Also Have (Preferred Qualifications):
    Master s degree or CPA highly desirable
    Demonstrated ability to lead high-performance teams
