    Description
    Direct company's real estate projects' financial operations, analyze financial reports, and prepare tax returns.


    RESPONSIBILITY:

    • Direct financial and accounting operations for company's projects in the U.
    S. about the acquisition of land, design and construction to the final sale;

    • Review, analyze finances, and refine reporting documents, ensuring compliance with federal, state and local regulations;
    • Perform detailed monthly account analysis of various general ledger accounts; maintain accounting records, prepare financial statements, and direct daily accounting operation and reporting;
    • Prepare federal and state corporate tax returns;
    • Verify the integrity of financial reporting, develop efficient accounting process, draw up budgeting, plan financial strategies with managers, fulfill revenue objectives and adhere to accounting policies;
    • Provide services related to financial planning and IRS audit support.

    THE POSITION REQUIRES:

    • Master's degree in Business Administration Accountancy, Finance, or related field plus 6 months of experience in property management industry
    • Proficiency in CCH ProSystem fx Tax and Quickbooks.
