Job Overview:

Responsibilities:


  • Accounts Payable:
  • Process invoices, expense reports, and payments in a timely manner.
  • Monitor and reconcile accounts payable and receivable transactions.
  • Communicate with vendors and clients to resolve paymentrelated queries.
  • Quickbooks Skills and Experience
  • Review and approve the Income Audit daily, and ensure that critical operational procedures are accomplished on a daily basis to include credit card reconciliation and transmission, daily deposits
  • General Ledger Maintenance:
  • Assist in maintaining accurate and uptodate general ledger entries.
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure proper recording of financial transactions.
  • Financial Reporting:
  • Prepare financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Support the monthend and yearend closing processes.
  • Analyze financial data and operations to assist and advise management in maintaining financial objectives
  • Manage monthly, quarterly, and yearend closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Budgeting and Forecasting:
  • Collaborate with the finance team to assist in the budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Analyze variances between budgeted and actual financial results.
  • Ensure that all balance sheet accounts, including bank reconciliations, are properly reconciled on a timely basis
  • CRM Approvals:
  • Approve/Deny CDAs for Agents
  • Day to day activity inhouse CRM
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with other departments to gather financial information and resolve discrepancies.
  • Provide financial insights to support decisionmaking processes.
  • Oversee and manage the daytoday accounting operations of the company
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Accounting Coordinator or in a similar role.
  • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
