We are currently on the lookout for an IMMEDIATE & FULL-TIME Customer Service & Communications Specialist to join our client's marketing & customer service team

The Customer Service & Communications Specialist will be tasked with supporting the efforts of our marketing campaigns and promotional customer service taking place all throughout the local area

As a specialist in developing marketing campaigns and introducing new products into the marketplace through interactive campaigns, our highly trained entry-level representatives serve as campaign managers and brand ambassadors for each of our client brands. The Customer Service & Communications Specialist is responsible for executing dynamic marketing campaigns that make each client's products competitive in a highly competitive marketplace and ultimately assist to increase market share

Assess customer and client needs

Full Training is provided We are looking for an immediate entry-level Customer Service & Communications Specialist who is motivated about learning all business aspects of a growing marketing firm to start working right away

Ideal Full-Time Customer Service & Communications Specialist will:

Have a great student mentality
Strong interpersonal skills
Prefer immediate availability and be able to work full-time hours
Be able to commute to events throughout the local area
Possess outstanding communication skills
Work effectively under pressure and maintain a positive attitude
Have some previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service
