We are looking for a full-time employee (m/f/d) for our Munich North location with a focus on customer service at the workshop.

In this position, you will be the first point of contact for our customers at the service point of the store workshop and will assist our customers as a Lucky Guide. You will support the workshop team in the areas of customer support and service processing. Another part of your job will be handling and processing complaints from our store customers. You will work with a knowledgeable team of colleagues and an experienced management team.
