    Job Title: Desktop Support Engineer Japanese

    Position Type: Full-time

    Duration: FTE

    Location: Plano, TX

    Work Type: Onsite

    Salary: Base Salary ($60K-$80K) + Client-approved benefits, bonus & relocation assistance (if applicable)

    Job Description:

    BJT Business Japanese Proficiency Test (J2 = Score 420 ~ 529)

    Win Desktop and Laptop Build Refurbishment, OS Installation, Application installation via SCCM, Active Directory Management.

    Providing support for Desktop/Laptop in MMD infrastructure.

    CMDB Management.

    Providing Desktop Support and addressing tickets for WIN-10 deployment-related issues and requests.

    Hand hold customer in the installation of any applications, 1st Level of technical support

    Troubleshooting and resolving users desktop/laptop/tablet issues remotely

    Identification, troubleshooting, and resolution of various services running on the Windows Operating system.
