    Description:

    Mon-Fri, 8a - 6p PT (Pacific Time)

    Provide End User technical support in a fast paced single point of contact Call Center capacity. Primary job function is to respond, handle, diagnose and resolve inbound customer interactions within the California Department of Parks and Recreations. An Associate will need to identify, research, and resolves technical problems related to specific User Portal. Documents, tracks and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution.

    Skills:

    Support, Customer service, Call center, ticketing system

    Additional Skills & Qualifications:


    • 1-2 years call center experience


    • experience working with ITSM tools i.e. ServiceNow, Remedy, Heat, ZenDesk, etc.


    • Troubleshoot common web browser issues


    • Understanding of both wired and wireless networks

    Experience Level:

    Entry Level
