We are currently looking for another
Customer Service Associate for our busy office.

As a Customer Service Associate
, you will be the first point of contact our customers and potential customers will have when looking for packing and shipping.

In addition, above all, you will use your communication and active listening skills to provide customers with exceptional service.

Your specific duties in this role will include:

  • Prepare quotes for crating, packing and shipping services requested.
  • Setup domestic and international shipping when jobs are completed.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure timely flow of jobs.
  • Keep up with ever changing job deadlines.

Job Requirements:


As a
Customer Service Associate, you must be pleasant and professional with an engaging personality and possess the ability to function equally well in both a team environment and independently.

You must also be highly detail-oriented and focused with a flexible and adaptable nature.

It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills as well as the ability to interact effectively with both customers and co-workers.


Specific qualifications for the role include:

  • Strong math skills are a must
  • Time Management skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Independent-Problem solving / analytical skills.
  • Selfstarter, detail oriented and able to do multiple tasks at once.
  • 23 years prior customer service experience _required_
  • Excellent telephone skills
  • Strong troubleshooting abilities

Pay:
$ $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
