- Develop and implement comprehensive market access strategies to maximize product access and reimbursement.
- Lead the creation of value communication materials to effectively convey the clinical and economic value of our products to payers, providers, and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of market access initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Oversee the negotiation and management of contracts with payers, health systems, and other relevant partners.
- Monitor market trends, reimbursement policies, and competitive landscapes to inform market access strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including payers, healthcare providers, and industry influencers.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the market access and contracting teams.
- Advanced degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in market access, value communication, and contracting within the healthcare or life sciences industry.
- Proven track record of successful market access strategy development and execution.
- Strong understanding of reimbursement landscape, payer dynamics, and healthcare policy.
- Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to drive results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
