- Set-up, operates, and monitors Tube Thread Machines.
- Deburr, polish tubes, cleans and identifies parts.
- Uses a variety of hand tools, shears, grinders, drills, saws, tube bending and flaring equipment, pipe threading, and other items to be used in assembly.
- Manufacture and/ or tests parts according to engineering and customer standards and specifications.
- Maintain accurate and reliable documentation.
- Perform inspection and/or pressure testing related activities to ensure that parts are machined in accordance with manufacturing standards and blueprint specifications.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High School or GED required.
- 1-2 years of experience with pressure testing, deburring, polishing required.
- Experience applying braze alloy is a plus.
- Experience in lathe and mill machining is a plus.
- Effective interaction with team members, customers and all levels of management
- Ability to read, understand, and correctly interpret basic blueprint drawings.
- Physical lifting requirements include; ability to lift 50 pounds (4 inches to 25 inches), capable of pushing or pulling a weight of 60 pounds, a grip strength of at least 50 pounds, and be able to reach above the shoulder (65 inches).
- US. Citizenship status required. Position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Government Security Clearance, if needed.
