As a Tesla Advisor in Culpeper, VA, you are not only an important part of the Tesla family, but also the face of our locations.

Excellent customer service is in your blood, and with your enthusiasm for our products and positive attitude, you and your team turn every customer visit into an unforgettable Tesla experience.

Responsibilities:

As a Tesla Advisor, you will guide our customers through the entire sales and delivery process, contributing to the achievement of monthly sales and delivery targets
You love and embody our mission, and inspire our customers with your passion
You are curious, always informed about initiatives, and use all available communication channels to handle inquiries from future and existing customers
Independently and proactively, you identify future Tesla customers and generate qualified contact information
For planned delivery dates, you ensure that our vehicles are prepared. This includes preparing all necessary documents, as well as providing individual handovers directly to our customers.

Requirements:

You love interacting with a variety of customers and have a natural talent for sales
You are a highly motivated and positive person who is eager to make a difference
You have fluent German skills and good English skills
You are a strong communicator, understand that the path to success is through a strong team, and are willing to support evenings and weekends
You have a valid EU driver's license (Class B) for at least two years.
