Description
We are currently seeking a Sachbearbeiter (m/w/d) to join our team in La Grange, WY or Munich.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the initiation, procurement, and execution of construction and planning services
- Implementing budgetary principles in construction matters
- Project management tasks such as organizational planning, cost planning and control, and quality assurance
- Project management for construction phases
- Preparing evaluations, reports, and presentations for various committees (e.g. management, building committee, board)
Requirements:
- Successfully completed Bachelor of Science in Management (Construction, Real Estate, Infrastructure) or a comparable field (e.g. real estate management, construction management, civil engineering, or architecture)
- Experience in the abovementioned responsibilities is desirable
- Basic knowledge of construction law or willingness to acquire knowledge
- Planning and organizational skills
- Negotiation skills and assertiveness
- Customer orientation
- Commitment and initiative
- Independent work ethic
