My client is looking for a client-facing senior project manager. They have been in the industry for 75+ years and their portfolio is comprised of light industrial projects.

This is a great opportunity for a senior project manager looking for the chance to grow in role and title in a laid back culture that produces excellent projects.

Our client offers a complete range of services from kickoff to execution for light commercial projects.

They have a proven track record in the construction industry and have become one of the top mid-sized general contractors in the St.

Provide leadership and direction on light industrial construction projects
Monitor construction through administrative direction of on-site and corporate staff to ensure project is built on schedule and within budget
Work with the Project team to develop a work plan, establish priorities and assign tasks
Manage financial aspects of contracts: review and approve budgets, cost reports, rental equipment and expenses
Manage subcontractor schedules, quality of work, coordination with other trades and payments
Train and develop the Project team and schedule project resources

7+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a general contractor
~ Light industrial and commercial construction background is required
~ Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related field is preferred
~ Working knowledge of skilled trades including carpentry, masonry, concrete work, site excavation and grading, plumbing, fire protection, HVAC, and electrical
~ Candidate must be extremely proficient reviewing and understanding all construction documents including specifications and drawings
~ Excellent communication skills with various parties including management, subcontractors, consultants, architects, vendors, and clients.
