Young Life in Littleton is looking to hire a full-time staff associate. Our area has a rich history of Young Life ministry and is continually growing.

In an effort to deepen ministry in existing clubs and widen our reach to the next kid, we are looking to add someone to our staff who has strong leadership skills and a heart that breaks for the lost.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with the area director, team leaders, volunteer leaders, and committee.
Provide strong organizational, communication, and planning skills.
Provide spiritual leadership, supervision, training, and recruitment of leaders.
Model excellent relational work with kids and lead a dynamic ministry (contact work, club, camp, Campaigners).
Develop parent support teams and new relationships within the community.
Participate in current growing and deepening relationships with area churches.
Actively participate in fundraising for the area, as well as raise personal support for part of the local area budget.
Participate in regional, divisional, and missionwide staff development and training as well as weekend and multiple week assignments at camps.

Qualifications:

Deep, abiding faith in Jesus Christ and love for people.
Passion and calling for communicating the love of Christ to people from various backgrounds and beliefs.
Self-starter, strong initiative, vision, and an entrepreneurial spirit.
Strong leadership and relational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Ability to lead, recruit, train, and develop leaders.
Young Life volunteer leader experience required; team leader experience preferred.
Bachelor's degree.
