Your Role
The Logistics Specialist is primarily responsible for tracking and tracing the movement of all incoming ocean shipments.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to ensuring proper and timely coordination of all activities related to ocean freight shipments.

This role ensures we have products available in a timely manner.

Duties and Responsibilities

Monitoring all inbound ocean shipments and reporting on timing, impact, and data integrity
Management of delivery orders and drayage shipments and direct responsibility for related KPIs
Manages partner relationships, both internal and external
Invoice and Billing management including auditing and reconciliation
Domestic freight responsibilities as assigned, LTL shipments

SKILL, KNOWLEDGE, AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 3 years international logistics experience is required
Experience with Freight Forwarding is preferred
Strong Understanding of Ocean Import regulations and documentation
Ability to work in a fastpaced and deadlinedriven environment
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Exceptional customer service and follow up skills

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required

Work Conditions

Domestic travel up to 20%
