- Monitoring all inbound ocean shipments and reporting on timing, impact, and data integrity
- Management of delivery orders and drayage shipments and direct responsibility for related KPIs
- Manages partner relationships, both internal and external
- Invoice and Billing management – including auditing and reconciliation
- Domestic freight responsibilities as assigned, LTL shipments
- Minimum 3 years international logistics experience is required
- Experience with Freight Forwarding is preferred
- Strong Understanding of Ocean Import regulations and documentation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Exceptional customer service and follow up skills
- Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required
- Domestic travel up to 20%

Your Role
The Logistics Specialist is primarily responsible for tracking and tracing the movement of all incoming ocean shipments. Responsibilities include but are not limited to ensuring proper and timely coordination of all activities related to ocean freight shipments. This role ensures we have products available in a timely manner.
