    What You'll Do:

    • Collaborate closely with management to develop and execute the organization's operational strategies and goals, aligning them with our growth objectives.
    • Identify opportunities for streamlining and enhancing installation processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall service quality
    • Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing install team. Delegate responsibilities effectively, provide guidance and support, and foster a collaborative and motivated work environment.
    • Efficiently allocate resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to meet operational demands and optimize resource utilization.
    • Establish and oversee robust quality control procedures to ensure that our foundation repair services consistently meet industry standards and exceed customer expectations.
    • Collaborate effectively with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners to ensure a seamless supply chain, on-time deliveries, and efficient inventory management.
    • Ensure full compliance with all health and safety regulations and proactively implement safety protocols to maintain a safe and secure work environment.
    • Monitor customer feedback and promptly address any operational issues to enhance overall customer satisfaction and maintain our reputation for excellence.

    What You'll Need:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, or a related field preferred
    • Proven track record in operations management, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Proficiency in relevant software and tools for operations management.
