    • Food Service Associate Duties Ability to perform all food service associate duties.
    • Diet Office Software Assists in maintaining diet office software, as required.
    • Sanitation Guidelines Follows sanitation guidelines of federal, state, local and HFAP regulatory agencies.
    • Resolves Concerns Investigates, evaluates and resolves concerns of those we are privileged to serve.
    • Management Collaboration Keeps the next level of management informed of significant developments.
    • Performance Management Monitors the operations of a unit and provides input to the performance of individuals through feedback and recommendations.
    • Cleaning & Maintenance Oversees the cleaning of food service areas.
    • People Management Activities Participates in people management activities for unit team members such as performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, and interviews.
    • Performance Management Performs the duties of acting supervisor in the supervisor"'s absence.
    Qualifications
    • Preferred High School Diploma/GED
    • 3 years Healthcare food service Preferred
