We are looking for an IT system administrator (m/f/d) at Shadeland


Your responsibilities will include:

  • System administration of our infrastructure using Microsoft Windows in a client/server environment and virtualization solution with VMware
  • Support for our ERP system and applications in logistics and production, as well as their interfaces
  • Management of POS systems and applications in all associated beverage market branches, including their interfaces
  • Administration, support, monitoring, and optimization of ongoing IT operations
  • Technical support for the implementation of new projects
  • Installation and configuration of necessary hardware and software
  • Assisting users with troubleshooting and resolving errors
  • Identifying and reporting errors to the appropriate departments or service providers

Your profile should include:

  • Completed IT training or education
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows, virtualization solutions, and ERP systems
  • Knowledge of POS systems and their interfaces
  • Ability to administer, support, and optimize IT operations
  • Strong problemsolving skills and ability to assist users with technical issues
  • Ability to identify and report errors to the appropriate departments or service providers.
