Due to their success in completing multiple acquisitions since 2023, our client is seeking a talented Junior M&A Professional to join their team in Hamburg, Germany.

This role will involve lead management, deal execution, and strategic projects, including financing and value creation.

What the job involves

  • Executing M&A transactions, including financial modeling, quantitative analysis, and contract negotiations
  • Managing leads and expanding the deal pipeline
  • Overseeing strategic projects, such as financing and value creation initiatives
  • Preparing investment cases, including company valuations and presenting decision papers to the Board and Investment Committee
  • Collaborating with investors and management

Who we are looking for

  • University degree in Economics, Finance, or Business Administration
  • Previous experience in M&A transactions, gained at a M&A boutique, corporate M&A, or Big
