Description
For our client, we are currently seeking aOrder Processing Clerk (m/f/d) for the location Korntal-Münchingen, starting immediately.
Your responsibilities:
- Administrative and operational support for the location and project management
- Ensuring a smooth process for order processing and office organization
- Recording and tracking order and project data in our ERP system
- Assisting with proposal creation and followup
- Supporting invoice creation, verification, reporting, cost control, and general document management
- Acting as a point of contact for customers and the project team
Your qualifications:
- Completed commercial apprenticeship, e.g. in automotive or industrial management, or a comparable education
- Excellent organizational skills
- Sales experience is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office
- Independent and structured way of working
- Good manners and communication skills in German, as well as good English skills
