    Proskauer is seeking an energetic and hardworking individual to join the Human Resources Department. The Intern will support the Human Resources Department with day to day operations and projects.

    Responsibilities
    • Aiding in the recruitment and onboarding efforts by assisting in scheduling of candidate interviews and creation of employee personnel files
    • Assisting HR team members with a wide variety of administrative tasks (i.e. updating and maintaining employee records, email correspondence and invoicing)
    • Assisting HR Leadership Team with special projects
    • Other duties as assigned
    Qualifications
    • Must be enrolled in a four year undergraduate program
    • Any previous internship or work experience is a plus
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Excellent analytic and organizational skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
    • High level of attention to detail and meticulous follow through
    This position will require physical presence in Proskauer's offices on a regular basis (at least 3x per week, or more, if it becomes the policy of the Firm or as business needs require). The anticipated compensation for this position is $17 per hour. The actual salary offered will be based on a number of factors including but not limited to the qualifications of the applicant, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
