Dr. Klenk), the position of a

Research Assistant (m/f/d)
(Pay grade 13 Collective Agreement for the Public Service (TVöD); 19.5 hours per week) is available from the earliest possible date until March 31, 2026.


The research work will be carried out as part of the third-party funded project "Multiprofessional, digital and participation-oriented towards the future? The Public Health Service as an employer".


Responsibilities:


  • Secondary data collection on the state of modernization of the Public Health Service (ÖGD) at the local level
  • Conducting expert interviews
  • Conducting an online survey among all municipal health authorities and analyzing the collected data
  • Collaboration on publications of project results
  • Opportunity for further academic qualification (e.g. PhD or habilitation)
  • Performing general administrative tasks and academic activities in academic selfadministration

Qualifications:


  • Completed university degree (Diploma or Master) in Public Health, Political Science, Public Administration or related fields
  • Indepth knowledge of the German healthcare system, including the Public Health Service
  • Excellent knowledge of quantitative and qualitative social research and corresponding tools (e.g. Unipark, MAXQDA)
