    Reporting Relationship: This position will report to the Sr. Marketing Operations Manager
    Job brief: The Ministry Marketing Specialist will be a capable and experienced individual passionate about using their marketing background to build awareness, audience, and growth within various ministry focuses and programs of the Tim Tebow Foundation. The ideal candidate will be filled up by serving alongside our ministry team as their marketing support, consultant, and resource to help facilitate the growth of TTF's life-changing ministry programs. Responsibilities:
    1. Content Strategy & Creation - The TTF Ministry Marketing Specialist will help lead the content strategy for each ministry of, while also helping ideate, project manage, and execute. Content strategy will consider ministry strategy, marketing strategy, current audience, ministry goals, and personnel/budget limitations. This can include: defining goals, identifying content mediums, analyzing current audience or identifying new audience, creating or revisiting content pillars, developing a content calendar, ideation of valuable content, and support in execution.
    2. Lead Generation – The TTF Ministry Marketing Specialist will help lead the strategy and execution of audience building for each ministry of. This is an on-going strategy to ensure the Ministry Ofs have growing number of audience members they can engage with, whether for fundraising, or programming. This can include: PDF devotionals, lead generation campaigns, advocacy, direct mail-outs, and on-going standard audience building practices.
    • All other duties and responsibilities as assigned
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, or relevant tactical experience in digital marketing, and/or customer journey development and execution.
    • Strong ability to think creatively and strategically, while also diving into execution .
    • Detail oriented and organized with outstanding communication skills.
    • Experience in overseeing projects with multiple stakeholders.
    • Results to show within lead generation and content creation.
    • Servant hearted team player and collaborator.
