- Have a bachelor's degree in marketing or related field and seven years progressive experience within marketing, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Certified professional services marketer (CPSM) and/or other industry-specific certifications.
- Be proficient in the full Microsoft Office suite, desktop publishing, or other web/graphic design software.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience, including at least 3 years in the A/E/C industry
- Experience working with an architectural firm preferred
- Knowledge of the aviation, corporate, federal, or health and science markets preferred
- Proficiency with Adobe InDesign, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Office (including PowerPoint)
- Knowledge and experience with Standard Form 330 preparation a plus
- Prior experience with Deltek Vision Client Relationship Management (CRM) software or similar a plus

We are seeking a talented Marketing Professional to join our Buildings Business Development/ Marketing Team. This position is a hybrid role based out of our offices located in Jacksonville, Charlotte, Dallas, or Denver.

Do you take pride in leading the development of high quality, compelling and compliant responses to RFQs and RFPs? Are you drawn to an environment where ideas come from all over and people work together to co-create solutions?
As a marketing specialist, you will have the opportunity to shape the way we connect with our clients through RFQ and RFP responses with special attention to thoughtful messaging and effective storytelling. You will work closely with a highly experienced team of architects, engineers, marketers, business developers, and graphic designers who come together to understand clients and communicate our value proposition.
Although dissecting RFQs and RFPs and formatting compliant responses is a critical function of this role, its not the only function. Our marketing specialists are an essential part of the capture process and are expected to think critically, be creative, ask questions, and share insights. Typical salary range for this position in Colorado is from $67,200 to $90,000 and commensurate with experience relative to the position
