Your role
You will lead our sales efforts with asset managers, putting the client at the core of your strategy.
Youll help identify asset managers looking to fully digitalize their distribution strategy, and bring your expertise and experience to help us define and deliver a market mix that showcases the long-term value we can create for clients.
Youll lead sale strategy development, building a roadmap to help us achieve our business goals.From internal systems and processes to sales action plans with key actions and KPIs, youll work with management to build the foundations for relationships that last.
Over the next four months, you will help to identify opportunities, manage sales funnels, develop relationships, and close sales with the very first institutional clients to be onboarded on our platform.
After the go-live, you will be responsible for building new relationships, while also solidifying ties with existing clients. You will ensure that product and sales materials are always updated and tailored to each pitch, conference, or opportunity.You will contribute to the development of weekly, monthly, annual and seasonal sales targets, examining growth opportunities, enabling sales improvements and product mix development, and taking responsibility for the departments performance against targets.
Your profile
We'd love to hear from passionate candidates with the following experience:
Strong knowledge of financial markets and investment funds, notably UCITS
A minimum of 7-10 years of professional experience in asset management or financial services
Excellent sales skills and demonstrated ability to close business
Experience creating sales/relationship opportunities with clients, prospects, and consultants
Strong presentation and public-speaking skills
Excellent interpersonal, relationship and leadership skills
Time management and organizational skills
Fluent in English and German and/or French
Nice-to-have
A university degree (BS, MS, or PhD)
Experience with investment funds, asset management, DLTs/Blockchain
Seniority Level
Senior with outlook for progression to executive position for suitable candidates
