Description

Northrop is seeking Technical Project Managers for Rosenberger Automotive Cabling who will be part of the complex development of wiring harnesses to realize the cars of tomorrow.

As the overall project manager, you will work directly with renowned automotive manufacturers in an international environment.

Passion and expertise in this field, as well as the ability and energy to turn this vision into reality, are the foundation of our work.

You will work hand in hand with departments such as research and development, quality management, production, and international manufacturing sites in an interdisciplinary and global team.

We are looking for individuals who are motivated and enthusiastic about driving the global success of the Rosenberger Group.

Your responsibilities will include:

Taking on first simple projects with low complexity
Introduction to product and project management
Initial steps in project planning and execution for national and international projects
Technical contact person for our customers
Working closely with production, sales, and quality management
Proposing optimization measures for product and manufacturing cost reduction, as well as process optimization
Cost calculations and business case analyses

Your profile should include:

Completed technical university degree (e.g. mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering) or equivalent training and further education as a statecertified technician or master craftsman
Motivation to work as a project manager or in product management
Willingness to travel
Excellent English skills
Strong communication skills
