You want to

  • Review, classify, and book incoming invoices according to legal requirements
  • Independently manage and maintain creditor accounts
  • Create and execute payment runs
  • Record and book incoming payments
  • Book EU invoices and create VAT returns
  • Support the finance team in other accounting tasks, such as expense reimbursements, booking collective invoices, and communicating with internal contacts

You convince with

  • A completed commercial apprenticeship
  • Relevant experience in the specified tasks
  • Basic knowledge of DATEV, Elite Enterprise, or 3E
  • Proficient in MS Office programs, especially Excel
  • A proactive and motivated approach
  • Good English skills
