We, the Integrative Residential Groups of the Margarete-Wehling Foundation, are an established youth welfare facility that specializes in caring for and supporting children and adolescents in difficult situations.

Our facility provides a safe space for young people to grow, learn, and thrive.

Group life is similar to that of a large family.

However, the children and adolescents living in the residential group have special needs, and we provide them with a supportive and protected environment to support and accompany them in their next developmental steps.

To strengthen our team, we are currently looking for a pedagogical specialist for our integrative residential group with 6 children aged 9-12 and for the independent living group for young people aged 16 and above.
