    Description

    · Develop a comprehensive migration strategy for upgrading Oracle E-Business Suite from on-premises version to cloud version , with a primary focus on core financial modules.

    · Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, considering business requirements and stakeholder expectations.

    · Establish clear project timelines, milestones, and success criteria, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities.

    · Lead a multidisciplinary project team, including functional consultants, technical experts, and external vendors, to execute the migration project effectively.

    · Provide guidance, direction, and support to team members throughout all phases of the migration lifecycle, fostering collaboration and high performance.

    · Engage with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT executives, and end users, to understand their requirements, address concerns, and manage expectations.

    · Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders through regular status updates, executive briefings, and presentations, ensuring transparency and alignment.

    · Develop and execute change management strategies to facilitate user adoption of the new cloud-based Oracle E-Business Suite system, including training programs, user guides, and communication campaigns.
