Description

Growing E Commerce Co in the Anaheim area has a need for a Supply Chain Manager. This is a direct hire opening with a full benefits package.

Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and minimize costs

Oversee the entire supply chain process, from sourcing raw materials to delivering finished products
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure timely and accurate demand planning and inventory control
Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve supply chain issues
Utilize MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems to manage inventory levels and ensure timely production
Monitor supplier performance and negotiate contracts to ensure quality, costeffectiveness, and ontime delivery
Implement best practices in supply chain management to improve operational efficiency

Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
Proven experience in supply chain management, preferably managing dietary supplement's, personal care cosmetics and OTC products.
Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS (Enterprise Business Suite) or similar ERP systems
Proficiency in inventory control techniques and demand planning methodologies
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets and draw meaningful insights
Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to conduct root cause analysis and implement effective solutions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with crossfunctional teams and external suppliers
