As a Dietary Supervisor, you will oversee the production of all food served from the kitchen to the residents. You are to inspect the kitchen daily and maintain the required level of cleanliness. You, as a Dietary Supervisor, will be responsible for training your staff and caring for our residents' daily needs.

As a Dietary Supervisor, You Are To-

Assist the Director to assure all Department of Health regulations are observed in the preparation and service of meals
Prepare work schedules and menus
Supervise dining service personnel and enforce departmental policies and procedures
Direct Dietary Aides in service and clean-up of meal services to ensure it meets all standards
Complete all forms and reports in accordance with department policies and procedures
