In this pivotal role, you'll lead the charge in ensuring that every meal served meets our high standards of quality and cleanliness.

Salary:
$25-$27 hr

Shift: 7am-3pn

Responsibilities:

Collaborating with the Director to uphold strict Department of Health regulations, guaranteeing the safety and satisfaction of our residents.
Taking the reins in menu preparation and staff scheduling to ensure seamless operations.
Providing guidance and oversight to our dining services personnel, ensuring adherence to departmental protocols for prompt and topnotch food service.
Directing Dietary Aides in meal service and cleanup, ensuring that all standards are not just met, but exceeded.
Diligently completing all necessary forms and reports in accordance with our established policies and procedures.

Requirements:

Organization and leadership skills
Previous Dietary Supervisor Experience in a nursing home setting
