Pay Rate:
$26-28/hrSchedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pmMust be able to travel to the Middleton, WI officeResponsibilities:Maintain current/working knowledge of the client's Compliance Services products proceduresUnderstand concepts of ERISA and cafeteria nondiscrimination testingEnter accurate client and plan data into approved software programs to enable the provision of Compliance Services products to clients and brokersGenerate accurate and complete Forms 5500 and wrap plan documents within departmental and company turnaround timesInterpret and apply product and regulatory knowledge to determine appropriate actions, communications, and follow-ups with clients, brokers, and internal colleaguesCoordinate workload distribution of CRM tasks and Help Desk emails with other team members to ensure accurate responses within departmental turnaround timesMaintain, update, and proactively manage the customer relations database, documenting each client interaction and action item in adherence to department standardsQualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field (may be substituted for 4 years of relevant work experience)2 years of experience in a similar role serving internal and external customers in a regulatory-driven industryExperience de-escalating client issues and troubleshooting issuesComputer proficiency in Windows-based applications along with a demonstrated ability to learn new software programs, CRM experience is a plusDemonstrated ability to achieve and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail when working with multiple data points and informationEffective listening, verbal, and written communication skillsDemonstrated subject matter expert in ERISA requirements for Forms 5500 and wrap plans preferredPrior experience with compliance or employee benefits administration and customer relationship management systems desiredPlease apply for the Senior Compliance Services Specialist role today for immediate consideration#SPH1001Spherion has helped thousands of people just like you find work happiness Our experienced staff will listen carefully to your employment needs and then work diligently to match your skills and qualifications to the right job and company.
